Ariel Garten
Ariel Garten is the Founder and Chairman of InteraXon, makers of Muse.
Ariel studied Neuroscience at University of Toronto and worked in labs at Toronto’s Krembil Neuroscience Centre researching Parkinson’s disease and hippocampal neurogenesis. Her experience with psycotherapy and desire to help people understand their minds led to the creation of MUSE: The Brain Sensing Headband. MUSE is now used for various purposes from education at NYU to helping patients at Spaulding Rehab with traumatic brain injuries.
